From its beginning until now, MCM Travel operated with scheduled airlines and represented some of them as the General Sales Agent for Kosovo. |

In order to expand our business, In the year of 2003, there were three new travel Agencies formed such as “Club Travel”, “Inter Travel” and “M Travel”. |
At the end, in 2004 we formed the six-th company called MCM Cargo dealing exclusively with Cargo from and to Prishtina Airport, representing mainly Cargo services of Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and MALEV Hungarian Airlines. |
All the companies now days represent the biggest Travel Services Industry in Kosovo named as MCM Travel Group with all together 23 offices in Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Turkey, Germany and New York. |

MCM Travel Groups possess two types of online reservation systems. Airline Amadeus and Travel Agency Amadeus. |
Being General Sales Partner for three Airlines and two Airline Alliances, Star Alliance and One World enables us to have access to 12 Star Alliance Airline Reservation System and 10 MALEV Amadeus Reservation systems. |
Having access to the above mentioned Airlines Reservation systems, we are able to see reservations done by all travel agencies in the World, while normal travel Agencies can access only to their reservations. |
Besides the Airlines Reservation Systems, we use 30 Travel Agency Only Amadeus reservations systems, meaning that we have all together 52 of them. |

It is mandatory to have all our staff trained and licensed by the
International Airlines we represent, or by the International Partners and
